Vitamin D is popping up all over the place with scientists finding more and more reasons why our bodies need it, and why we're just not getting enough. Your intake should be up to 4000 IU per day but as you can see from the picture, like most things, it's not that easy to find it in our foods!
Do you think you get enough vitamin D? There was a time when I was critically low in vit D and I suffered as a consequence. Of course, the chronic long term stress didn't help matters.
Look after your levels of vitamin D people! :D
