Due to pain after a rotator cuff (shoulder) injury, Jo struggled with daily tasks like washing her hair and running at Fitcare's Track Club. Thanks to Lindsay's expert physiotherapy and Steve's support at Fitcare, she's now fully recovered and back doing what she loves!

She instantly put me at ease with her kind call and caring, patient personality. Her professional assessment and structured recovery plan in the comfort and safety of my home were excellent, with weekly and then fortnightly visits along the way. What really helped also were the videos each week of Lindsey doing the exercises for me to look back at as I would often forget until I got the hang of it. Also, she updated me weekly with my awesome Fitcare support, Steve and Mary, who could help me at the gym and track club along with the Fitcare family. You're the best, Lindsey. Thank you!"
