Alexander Technique in Bentleigh East

After nearly thirty years in the corporate environment, my body was showing the signs of damage caused by long hours of sitting at the desk and working on the computer - sore lower and upper back, neck, frequent tension headaches, RSI.

All that led me to a quest to find a solution that would allow me to live and move without pain. I have tried many methods but it was the introduction to Alexander Technique that changed my life forever.

My pains were gone and I was even able to return to my long-time passion - ballroom dancing.

After experiencing the benefits of Alexander Technique, I made the decision to devote my future to studying and teaching Alexander Technique to others. I completed three years of full-time study at the Melbourne School for FM Alexander Technique Studies.
