Liberty Dental Centre is looking for a friendly, organised, and people-focused Patient Experience Coordinator to be the next friendly face of our clinics located in Wheelers Hill and Mount Waverley.

You'll work in a supportive, collaborative environment where teamwork is valued, and where your role directly contributes to the smooth running of our clinics and the positive experience of every patient.
Our clinics are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including intra-oral scanners, 3D x-ray, soft tissue laser, same-day crowns, and sleep dentistry, as well as a Comfort Menu to ensure our patients feel relaxed and comfortable at all times. You'll also gain exposure to advanced dental practices.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and supporting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Assisting patients with accounts, billing, and follow-ups
- Supporting our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Creating positive, memorable experiences for every patient
- Learning new skills and expanding your knowledge in a modern dental environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, accountable and proactive
- Team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues
- Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the practice
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or administration is a plus but not essential
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Must have full Australian work rights to be considered for this position

Hours:
Monday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Wednesday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Thursday: 8:45am – 5:00pm or 12:00pm -8:00pm
Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
