🎥 Meet the Clinicians - Kristen. In this video, Kristen shares her therapeutic approach - whilst some people seek strategies and homework (which is totally valid!), she tends to work with people who are fun, funny, interesting and inspiring but facing some struggles, exploring their family history, childhood and adolescent experiences that shaped their worldview, seeing herself as simply a passenger in their life journey whilst creating that crucial sense of safety for them to work out what they truly need.

🎥 Meet the Clinicians - Tim. In this video, Tim gives us a glimpse into what fuels him outside the therapy room - burning off his high energy through exercise, his passion for music and live bands, soccer conversations (you know who you are!), cooking adventures, and yes, even chats about chilli oil during sessions, because being open about who we are is how genuine therapeutic connections are built.

In this video, Tim beautifully captures the reciprocal nature of therapy - how over the years he's learned that the therapeutic relationship is truly a two-way street, where he gains as much insight from clients and their families as they hopefully do from him, creating that beautiful dynamic where people develop new skills and strategies whilst feeling validated that their experiences aren't catastrophic or the end of the world.

In this clip, Ian shows us how a rich life outside the therapy room informs great therapeutic work - from his professional commitments across Newport and Queensland, serving on government restorative engagement panels, to twice-yearly escapes to the Snowy Mountains for bushwalking, fishing and hunting, surf boat duties with the Surf Life Saving Club (when travel permits!), precious time with his nearby granddaughter, and experimenting with new ways to cook venison.
