At Knoxbrooke we have been supporting people with a disability to live life to the fullest for over 50 years.

Last Friday we proudly relaunched our Warragul site, celebrating a significant investment in the region and our commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for people with disability in West Gippsland.

It was a day full of pride, community and possibility.

We were honoured to be joined by
Mary Aldred MP
Danny Goss representing Baw Baw Shire Council and the Mayor,
and our wonderful Patron Lady Margaret Brabham.

Together, we cut the ribbon and celebrated the next chapter for Knoxbrooke in this community.

But what made the day truly special was the Knoxbrooke team effort behind the scenes.

The gardens were beautifully prepared by Knoxbrooke Garden.
The stunning plants were supplied by Knoxbrooke Nursery
Guests were treated to incredible catering by Knoxbrooke Coffee.
The cups, plates and vintage touches were all supplied by Knoxbrooke Vintage Vibes.
And our supported employees from Knoxbrooke Coffee proudly welcomed and served our guests throughout the event.

One of the highlights of the day was hearing directly from Jeremy, who shared how much he loves being part of Knoxbrooke and the opportunities it has given him.

We also heard from Paige, who spoke about how important employment at Knoxbrooke is to her and the confidence and independence it has brought to her life.

This is what Knoxbrooke is all about people, pathways, opportunity experiences, and community.

To everyone who joined us, supported us, and celebrated with us — thank you.

West Gippsland, we’re here.

Last night we had the pleasure of attending the Post-School Options Expo at Warragul & District Specialist School and what a fantastic evening it was!

A huge thank you to the school for hosting such an important event for young people and their families as they start thinking about life after school.

We were genuinely blown away by the level of interest in Knoxbrooke’s School Leaver programs. We spoke with so many students, families and support teams who are exploring what their next step could look like.

In fact… we had so many great conversations that we ran out of brochures!

Knoxbrooke supports school leavers to build confidence, develop real skills and explore meaningful pathways through supported employment, learning and community participation.

Today was a very special day for Knoxbrooke as we officially celebrated the opening of our Warragul site. Today we celebrated with our village, It was a fantastic morning filled with connection, pride and excitement about what this space will mean for our community.

We were honoured to welcome so many supporters, partners and community members who joined us to mark the occasion and celebrate the next chapter for Knoxbrooke in West Gippsland.

While we’re still catching our breath after such a wonderful event, we can’t wait to share more with you. Over the coming week we’ll be posting photos and highlights from the launch – including some beautiful moments that capture the heart of what today was all about.
