Everybody moves differently — that’s why my Kinetic Link Training (KLT) sessions follow a clear, clinical progression:

1️⃣ Assess Mobility
We first look at joint range, tissue flexibility, and how your body moves as a whole. Restrictions here often cause compensation elsewhere.

2️⃣ Build Stability
Once mobility is available, we focus on control — especially around the hips, pelvis, and core. This is where muscles like the gluteus medius play a critical role.

3️⃣ Develop Strength
Only then do we load the system, building strength that is functional, efficient, and transferable to sport and daily life.

💡 KLT trains the whole body, not isolated muscles
but we can place a specific focus on key muscle groups when needed, whether for rehab, pain management, or performance.
