Here are some additional updates regarding the preparations. We needed to dig down and construct platforms to support the 50-tonne piling rig, enabling it to drill effectively.

The piling rig is drilling down to a depth of 12 meters. When the auger reaches the desired depth, it pumps concrete under pressure as it is pulled out. Afterward, reinforced steel cages are placed into the holes to ensure stability for the future wall along the boundary fencing.

Project Update: IGA Development in Warburton

We are pleased to share an update on the IGA development in Warburton. Below are some before photos showcasing the area prior/ and to our demolition work on the abandoned shop and house.
