Individuals living with disabilities often require extra support for day-to-day tasks, but if their disability isn't visible, it can be difficult to spot.

Thankfully, there exists a fantastic initiative – the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower – designed to help highlight visible disabilities, increasing visibility and making it easier for those affected to access the help they need!

Raynaud’s (sounds like “RAY-nose”) phenomenon is a circulation condition that often affects people with scleroderma. As you may already know, it makes your
fingers and toes feel numb and cold.

It's the most common early symptom of scleroderma, and is present at one time or another in about
90% of people with scleroderma.

Remember - it's important to seek medical advice if you have any concerns regarding Raynaud’s! Early treatment may lead to better outcomes.
