Gateway Osteopathy & Pilates provides a calm, relaxing and professional environment in which you can escape the pressures of your daily life, and enhance your health and wellbeing. Our clinic is located in the picturesque Eltham, and our Pilates Studio has stunning views of Eltham. All our Osteopaths are highly trained professionals with a minimum of 5 years university training. Our team are members of Osteopathy Australia and are actively involved in continued professional development (CPD). Osteopathy may offer relief for most types of pain, including:
- back and neck pain
- headaches or migraines
- knee injuries
- ankle or foot problems
- shoulder, elbow or wrist problems
- arthritic pain and stiffness
- pregnancy related complaints
- pain associated with chronic or acute trauma
- sports injuries

Our Pilates Teachers are professionally qualified Diploma or Advanced Diploma level from National Pilates Training and Polestar Pilates. Our Pilates Team are registered with the national Pilates Alliance Association where they required to continue education and upskill each year. A caring, tailored program with as sense of humor thrown in for an enjoyable workout experience.
