Kaela will join us on retreat for an evening of Kirtan.
Kirtan is a joyful, heartwarming practice where we sing mantras together to open the heart, connect deeply with ourselves and eachother, and experience the uplifting energy of sound.

I first met Kaela during a yoga class, and she began singing during savasana. She has the voice of an angel.
However, Kirtan is open to all, our natural voice is all we need to connect with music, letting the energy of collective singing move you.

300hr YTT Authentic Flow 🌴☀️
What a blessing to soak up teachings of Somatics and Non-dual Ta***ic philosophy.

I came with no expectations, i wasn't sure at all what I was signing up for, a little confused, unsure at first, but I had a call to go deeper, and deep we went. 😭
Truly emboding, to understand that somatics is rooted in presence.

A privilege it is to be able to study this work, and to be held amongst the most inspirational facilitators AND those i was able to witness, during your practicum, i am just in awe of you all! Wow.

Blessing to witness, to feel, to DANCE, celebrate life, in our bodies, and, be present.
