🎄 A Christmas Message From Julie & Daz 🎄

As we wrap up another huge year (honestly… where did it go?!), we just want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who has supported us, trained with us, and trusted us with your health, strength, and wellbeing.

2025 has been full of highs, challenges, learning, and a LOT of growth — for us, for our family. Every conversation, every laugh, every Pilates session, every boxing class and every Myo treatment… it all reminds us why we absolutely love what we do.

Over Christmas, we hope you get to:
✨ Slow down (even just a little!)
✨ Laugh with people who lift you up
✨ Eat delicious food guilt-free
✨ Take a nap because you can
✨ And soak up those quiet, magical moments that only happen this time of year

25+ years ago I started out as a myotherapist when hardly anyone even knew what that was. No one was hiring… so I built my own path. 💪

Fast forward to today and Health & Fitness Wise has grown into a boutique home-studio in Werribee where we mix hands-on Myotherapy care, Pilates, and even Boxing PT (thanks to my husband Darren!) to help people move better, feel stronger, and finally get on top of pain.

Our sessions aren’t quick in-and-out appointments. We take the time to look at the whole body and get to the root of what’s really going on — because you deserve more than just a “band-aid” fix.

I’m so grateful for everyone who’s trusted us on their health journey. 💙 Here’s to many more years of moving well, staying strong, and feeling good.

“Look in the mirror… that is your only competition.”

How cute (and powerful) are these socks?! 🧦

Such an important reminder, especially for us women:
👉 You’re not here to compete with anyone else.
👉 You’re not here to compare your journey, your body, or your progress.
👉 You’re here to become the strongest, healthiest, happiest version of YOU.

In the studio, or in life — it’s all about focusing on your own path and celebrating every small win. Because at the end of the day, the only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday.

So, slip on those socks, look in the mirror, and remind yourself: You’ve got this. 💪✨
