Health In Balance will be closed over the summer holiday period from the end of this week (20th of December) and will reopen in the New Year on Monday 5th January 2026 from 7am.

Happy ‘Exercise Right Month’ !! This initiative aims to get everyone moving intentionally for 30 minutes a day, and the importance of seeking professional advice from one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists when it comes to ‘exercising right’.

Next time you complete your exercise, we challenge you to think about ‘Who Moves You’ to motivate you to continue to hit your goals.

Comment below who motivates you to move - this could be your HIB group members, your grandchild so you can keep up with them, or a friend.

Try to incorporate some movement into your everyday routine - start small with just 5-10 mins, and then gradually build up from there...
The aim is to move on most, if not all days, for at least 30 minutes. As always, we are here to help if you need any further guidance in striving for a happy, healthy life.

Clinic Update - not long to go! 🌟

Pleased to share that our clinic move is underway, and from next Monday 18th November we will be operating out of our new space located on 554-556 Glen Huntly Road, Elsternwick.
