Happy ‘Exercise Right Month’ !! This initiative aims to get everyone moving intentionally for 30 minutes a day, and the importance of seeking professional advice from one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists when it comes to ‘exercising right’.

Next time you complete your exercise, we challenge you to think about ‘Who Moves You’ to motivate you to continue to hit your goals.
