Being told and realising I was different in t

houghts, words/phrases I used and my actions than my Peers, I was told I am Asperger's in my later years

Having opened up a whole new world of understanding myself, where I fit in and why I had so much difficulties in being understood, I started looking at developing skills that would assist me

I then wanted to use these evidence based principles to assist others to be pro-action in their journey to Recover

My programs, from evidence based practices, are designed to show, step-by-step, proactive action to further assist in recovery

My Mission is to show proactive practices/skills in Mental Health/AOD Recovery
