At NUVIE, our mission is to help others optimise their health, and this journey began with us (Co-founders, Simon and Alana). In early 2022, Alana faced a significant health challenge that reshaped how we approached everyday living. 🌿

Determined to find solutions, we explored various wellness practices, leading us to discover the transformative power of sauna therapy. The benefits we experienced in our health inspired us to create NUVIE and share these science-backed solutions with others.

Today, our passion for health optimisation drives everything we do, and we’re excited to help others on their wellness journey. 💪
