Awarness starts with having the conversation.
Watched Selena Gomez’s documentary (My mind and me)and felt great amounts of empathy and respect, with her raw honesty of how the mental illness can debilitate someone. Conversations need to be had about mental illness its impact on the people and how we can take away the taboo stereotypical mindset.

As a dedicated independent support worker based in Melbourne, I have had the privilege of working with clients who are non-verbal and have mental and intellectual disabilities. My experience has equipped me with the skills to support individuals with a range of conditions, including acquired brain injury, Dementia, Autism, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar.

With a Certificate III in Independent Support and currently pursuing a Certificate IV in Mental Health, I am committed to delivering compassionate care. My personal experience supporting a brother with bipolar and multiple personality disorders, as well as his struggles with addiction, has deepened my understanding and empathy.

I hold NDIS Screening clearance, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and am DHS approved. My passion for advocating for mental health, medical conditions, intellectual and physical disabilities drives me to provide exceptional support.
