Well how exciting, today was my first session since my fall and it was so wonderful to be back getting people excited about art and craft - we were also lucky to have the amazing talented artist Chris Gow from Apex Art giving the group a lesson on painting I wanted to join but my craft was calling me today.
Spring racing theme we had Fascinators, hair clips, beading, collage and much more we didnt get time to get out and cisit the animals. But always time all topped for a yummy BBQ lunch. Such a wonderful day. Thank you once again to Di and the Team at Brookfield. Looking forward to what’s in store for the art room at the new farm location. Hi everyone. Well it is over my ankle is pretty much mended. I am still limping around but getting better day by day. So now that that part of my journey is over I thought I would give you a little summary of all my work I completed for my Broken Ankle Series over 108 paintings (I haven't included the ones Im not happy with). I had the most amazing time, painting learning experimenting and playing. Who would have thought a broken bone would have been this much fun. Hi gang me again June was last full month of my broken ankle series. In the middle of this month you will see me back on deck. Which is so thrilling I can hardly wait, the countdown is on. It will be sad to leave the massive creativity session but I will be able to get back to my craft classes and everyone at the farm I have been so desperately missing, also slowly get back to my walking, and even my fellow admin crew my other job. In 2 weeks I will be back to normal (well as normal as I can get 😍). In the mean time soak up all my posting as I may go a little quiet after this craziness. ❤️❤️

Hi everyone. Just thought I’d pop a post up to let you all know I am still here and alive 😍 Half way through my recovery timee frame 7 weeks to go. Which sounds big but also means loads more painting ❤️❤️❤️ Have a look at what I have been getting up to. Really having so much fun with the 52 Week Creativity challenge totally inspiring and helping me improve my watercolour skills and healing at the same time ❤️❤️❤️ Well I hope everyone has a great Sunday and even better start to the week xoxoxo

So my lovely people I have forgotten to update everyone on what has happened. So unfortunately I have badly injured myself and have found it compulsory that I have my legs resting for around 12 weeks or so. Which is sad news as I am unable to help at the beautiful farm with the art classes. But please do not be concerned Di and the gang will still be running classes these holidays I will just miss out on the fun 🥲 But not to worry about me I have taken this time of enforced slow down to start painting and creating. Which I will show you what I have been up to over the last couple of weeks. ❤️❤️ In the mean time I will keep creating and sharing what I have been doing every couple of weeks or so. Hope everyone is keeping safe and well ❤️❤️

Well last of the carers workshop so much fun making jewellery, painting, friendship bands and a yummy lunch. Beautiful weather and wonderful people can’t get any better than that. Thank you to Dinand the team at Brookfield for helping us all have our fun. ❤️❤️

What an amazing day the biggest class I have ever taken. Set up especially for our carers workshop. Allowing some space rest and creativity to some amazing hardworking parents relatives and friends who look after watch over and love some amazingly special people. Feeling overwhelmed and blessed to help these strong women be creative. How lucky am I? Thank you to Di and the staff at Brookfield farm for letting this day happen and supplying such a loving friendly atmosphere and loads of yummy pastry’s for lunch and a special shout out to Carmel a long time friend of the farms for making and decorating some fabulous cookies, I only ate 1 I promise❤️❤️❤️ Ps we made earrings painted canvas and block printing bags ❤️❤️❤️
