Complaints matter. Finding the right place easily is important.

Making a complaint isn’t just about raising concerns, it’s a powerful way to improve services and help disability workers make positive changes in their work.

Complaints made to the VDWC can lead to:
• Clearer roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring support plans are up to date and followed
• Stronger communication between service users, their families and disability workers

Not sure where to go to make a complaint? We’ve teamed up with the Disability Services Commissioner, Victoria (DSC) to create a handy flyer to help. To learn more about complaints and to download a copy, visit https://www.vdwc.vic.gov.au/complaints
