This is a great example of a disability service provider clearly explaining the way they see complaints:
"We believe that one of the best ways to improving our quality of care is by listening to you. Your feedback is important to us."

Disability Workers must comply with the Code of Conduct. This is a great resource to talk about in teams and within services.

The Disability Worker Code of Conduct is a legal requirement in Victoria.

It applies to all disability workers, no matter how services are funded.

Our Code of Conduct poster highlights the core principles every worker must uphold: Respect. Quality. Safety.

The poster clearly outlines what disability workers must do when providing supports or services to people with disability.

To learn more about complying with the Code of conduct register your interest to join our upcoming workshop https://brnw.ch/21x0iug
