Bernie's bake Bernie's bake is all homemade , anything from cakes , biscuits ,chutneys , jams to curries for a crowd .. love to make irish breads.

what seems like a lifetime ago i qualified as a chef and its been a whirlwind of food and fun since , with having 2 kids its not easy finding a job with suitable hours , so i finally bit the bullet and Bernie's bake was born ...
I love making cakes each is an original as its only lil old me doing it ,no mass production here , biscuits , slices , party food .......practically anything. I love to make bread especially irish breads , soda , treacle , potato , fruit .....

Anniversary cake . 3 tier , devils choc cake with choc mousse , strawberry and lime cheesecake filling in vanilla cake , top tier of vanilla and chocolate cake with cookies and creme filling , all covered in italian buttercream , hand crafted sugar flowers , buttercream Rose's, sugar butterflies and macarons .... delicious!!!!
