All our obstetric patients have access to our postnatal care program in collaboration with Maternal and Infant Wellbeing Melbourne, a boutique women’s health and perinatal clinic aimed at nurturing women and babies throughout the perinatal period.

There are a variety of care packages to choose from, including an exclusive price for the luxury day stay experience, mummy and me massages, online or in-clinic early parenting, sleep and settling guidance, private mum and bub pilates classes, and baby carrying consultations.

We want you to feel supported and nurtured throughout your pregnancy journey and after your baby is born, so for more information about this service, please chat to your doctor or our friendly staff at your next appointment.

Our sensory class this term has been so popular we’ve decided to add an additional class next term. Classes start 19th July. 

Bookings are now open and spots are limited so get in quick if you want to join the fun in Parkville.

Isn't breastfeeding supposed to be the most natural thing in the world?
Then why do so many people struggle to breastfeed?

Here are my thoughts:
* breastfeeding is a learnt behaviour that 2 separate humans have to learn, then coordinate.
* most people have never been exposed to breastfeeding before having to do it themselves.
* breastfeeding education is not prioritised in the antenatal period, people think it will just happen.
* people don't have access to timely support

BUT

At MIWM we are changing this!
We provide antenatal classes, antenatal consultations, timely postnatal support AND we have the original breastfeeding day stay experience which is an opportunity for mums to be held and nurtured while learning about all things feeding, sleep and motherhood and troubleshooting any concerns they may have.
We are your village, we can't wait to welcome you into our family.
