Cassidy's Personal Training Qualified and Accredited Personal Trainer/Nutritionist My name is Cassidy Burger. I have just over a year industry experience.

At age 18 I joined the Army were I experienced many different fitness levels and training methods which I know use in my personal training and group sessions. I discharged from the army early 2014 after completing one deployment to Afghanistan. I have been boxing since I was 12 years old competing as a junior and a adult amateur in the super heavy weight division. I have experience in most levels

of fitness training and have personally been involved in different forms of training. I am a qualified personal trainer having completed my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. I am also a recently qualified nutritionist having early 2022 completed my Bachelor of Food and Nutrition. I've had amateur boxing experience and physique competitor experience. I am about helping you take the most realistic evidence based approach to reach your fitness goals.
