My name is Belinda Felstead and I have had my own Remedial Massage practice since 2008. I have since completed my Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy as my interest in improving people’s quality of life has expanded beyond manual therapy. I want to support my clients and give them strategies they can implement into their daily lives to achieve long-term improvements in all aspects of health.

It is very important to me to provide this service through principles grounded in evidence-based research. This entails combining scientific research, successful holistic practices, and what is optimal to the meet the requirements of each individual in front of me. Naturopathy is the perfect modality for achieving this as it is an empowering healthcare model, and I look forward to getting you on your way to a healthier and more fulfilling quality of life.
