What surprised me most about the BFT 8-Week Challenge? How simple it was to stick to a
routine. πŸ’ͺ

βœ… I learned I wasn’t eating nearly enough protein.

Plan your week ahead, lock in to the session you know are what you need todo to achieve the results you are after, then add in the ones you enjoy if you have time. Then decide when you are going to focus on recovery!!!
Set up for a great week- keep yourself accountable- lean on your coaches if you need some support.

Body Fit Training is Australia’s newest and most advanced group training methodology

We’ve incorporated scientifically proven training techniques aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle into a variety of 50 minute sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment.
