Week 6. Day 38. The grind has officially hit.
Rosie opens up about the fatigue kicking in —
not just from the challenge, but from the juggle of work, life, and everything in between.
Energy dips. Motivation drops. Meal prep feels harder than ever.

This is the point most people fall off.
But Rosie isn’t doing this alone — and that’s the
difference.
Having a challenge buddy, having support, and remembering why you started…
that’s what keeps you pushing when the hype dies down.
Only a couple of weeks to go.
This is where mental strength builds.
This is where results are made.
And this is where Rosie is choosing to keep going. 💙🔥

Xmas party spam !!!!
While the dust settles and cardio HIIT is that little bit harder than normal.
We can look back on great memories and new friendships made at the BFT-FFD Xmas party.
We also announced our “2025 FAIRFIELD” member awards.

Week 5. Day 31. Halfway through the 8 Week Challenge — and Rosie just had her biggest breakthrough yet.
After checking in with the coaches and doing her scan, shes got the data to back up what she’s been feeling for weeks… the work is paying off.
The results aren’t just in her head — they’re showing in her body, her mindset, and her momentum.
