Our Story
Three years ago, I got qualified as a children yoga instructor! It was a natural progression for me as I already worked with children and their mindset. My son, Logan, was my total inspiration to start this business and set it apart from my other one. He took to yoga from the age of 1 and now at 6, will pull the matt out to “calm” his body down or stretch it out after a tough day. Focusing on his breathing and poses, he can self regulate and walk away proud of how he is the captain of his body and mind!
I wish for all children and their families to experience and incorporate the powerful healing elements of yoga! It is my honour to help you on this journey!
