As part of NAIDOC Week, the residents of Point Cook Manor took part in a special craft activity that connected them with nature and honoured Indigenous culture. The residents walked around the grounds of the home collecting fallen leaves and gumnuts which inspired them to create indigenous inspired art pieces.
The activity sparked conversations on the importance of culture and traditions, as well as the achievements and cerebrations of different cultures. It was a wonderful afternoon spent learning and partaking in art activities and socialising with others. How fabulous do their finished works of art look! šØ
