Snacks can either work for your fertility… or quietly work against it 🤍
When you’re trying to conceive (especially with PCOS or hormone imbalances), snacks aren’t just about curbing hunger — they’re an opportunity to:
✔ support egg quality
✔ keep blood sugars steady
✔ reduce inflammation
✔ support implantation
The key? Pairing carbohydrates with protein, healthy fats and fibre — not skipping snacks or living on ultra-processed “quick fixes”.
These are a few of my go-to fertility-friendly snack ideas I use with clients every day.
