I wish to create a balance of the body and mind with my holistic approach to wellness. Incorporating remedial massage therapy along with chakra balancing, pure essential oils from New Zealand and a caring atmosphere to heal the stressed out client, or those with physical injuries form sport or recreation. I also offer pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage massage, reflexology and Bowen Therapy. I

am a fully qualified practitioner in Schuessler Tissue Salts and hold a Diploma in Eastern Holistic Therapies, as well a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy and Certificate of Anatomy and Physiology with Distinction.

Well winter is well and truly here, and on cold days like today I wear a scarf to stay warm. But when you book in for your massage treatment you will have no worries about the cold. I have an electric blanket on the table and the room is heated so you feel nice and snug.
