We’re excited to welcome our newest physio to the team! 🙌

Chris has extensive experience in musculoskeletal and post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. He has a strong interest in working with climbers and combat sport athletes, and specialises in upper limb conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.

Drawing on his own background in rock climbing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Chris delivers tailored rehabilitation to help patients return to sport safely while building long-term strength and resilience.
