Yoga with Erica Erica - yoga teacher (200hr) experienced in teaching Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin-style classes. Movement & mindfulness.

Currently teaching at Well Soul Studio, Echuca. My classes are a fusion of traditional Hatha, dynamic Vinyasa and integrated Purna yoga styles. I aim to enable students to explore the connections between their mind, body and spirit through a fun and safe physical practice.
