Some little reminders in case you need to hear them:
✨It’s ok to do as much or as little as you feel. Honour your needs.
✨It’s ok to feel sadness and joy at the same time.
✨It’s ok to talk about those who are no longer with us, remembering them during this special time. They are with us in spirit and celebrating alongside us.
✨It’s just as ok to not talk about them if it hurts too much. They stand beside us engulfing us in their love and support.
