IPC Health had a fantastic time taking part in the Midsumma Pride March and hosting a stall at Park Lounge at Kelly Park. 🌈🎶

Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat, shared a smile or marched alongside us. Events like this highlight the importance of connection, inclusion and celebrating diversity in all its forms. 💜

🌈 We’re marching with pride! 🌈

IPC Health is proud to be marching at Midsumma!🏳️‍🌈 We believe everyone should be free to be themselves and we are committed to inclusion and belonging. 🙌

We’ll also be hosting a stall at Park Lounge, bringing the Midsumma spirit to Melbourne’s west with live music, performances and great vibes 🎶✨ Our stall will be held in partnership with Wyndham City Council — come say hello and have a chat with our team! 😊

We’re excited to welcome Foodwithatwist to our Catering for Good Directory!

Founded by Tarneit’s Neeti Saronja, Foodwithatwist brings healthy, sustainable catering to Melbourne’s west — a welcome addition to the Directory. Neeti prioritises buying seasonal produce direct from local farms to boost sustainability, and creates delicious healthier options such as falafel sliders, veg and chickpea soup and the Bombay sandwich.

Neeti’s business received a Ninja Precision Food Processor as an incentive – funded by IPC Health.

🌡 Stay Safe in the Heat!
With temperatures soaring over the next few days, our friends at the Brimbank City Council have shared some important tips to keep you safe. Extreme heat can be dangerous, especially for seniors, young children, pregnant women, and people with health conditions.
✅ Tips to beat the heat:
• Drink plenty of water and eat water-rich foods
• Avoid dehydrating drinks like coffee and alcohol
• Plan ahead - check the forecast and stay in cool or air-conditioned places
• Watch for warning signs: heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, confusion
• Remember: Heat stroke is an emergency - seek help immediately
