We know that our communities have numerous needs, some of them complex, but all are addressable by delivering services close to home, in a culturally relevant way, and that keeps them out of the hospital or other high-acuity services. Through a single point of contact, individuals can connect to a full spectrum of care and support. We provide a diverse range of services to the community including General Medical and Dental Services, Home-based Aged Care, Family Services case management, Alcohol and Drug counselling, Gambler’s Help counselling, Generalist counselling, Financial Counselling, Acquired Brain Injury case management and community-based recreational programs, Allied health therapy services, and Health Promotion. For referrals and intake please contact: 1300 472 432

IPC Health complies with a range of healthcare standards and is accredited accordingly by Quality, Innovation, Performance (QIP). We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we are located and we pay our respects to them, their culture, and their Elders past and present. IPC Health values diversity and is committed to creating safe, supportive and welcoming services to diverse populations, including, but not limited to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI Individuals); people of all abilities; people experiencing health inequities; and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.

We started off NAIDOC Week on Sunday with a family fun day. Over 60 mob came together and celebrated the history of their culture, knowledge and connection to Country.

"Get out and get your health checks," CEO, Jayne Nelson, spoke about health and well-being as looking at the whole person and how at IPC Health we strive every day to empower people to take charge of their own health and well-being.

The Wyndham Health Festival provided us with the opportunity to engage with the amazing Wyndham community.

Our nurses provided free health checks, while the rest of the team talked all things aged care, mental health and general health.

We get it. Your Dad’s home is his happy place and it can be confusing for you and your family to navigate the aged care system on his behalf. We’re experts at managing approved home care packages, and My Aged Care. We can arrange for an experienced, compassionate Case Manager to get to know your Dad and connect him with what he needs, quickly and easily. Leaving the both of you, well looked after.
