We know that our communities have numerous needs, some of them complex, but all are addressable by delivering services close to home, in a culturally relevant way, and that keeps them out of the hospital or other high-acuity services. Through a single point of contact, individuals can connect to a full spectrum of care and support. We provide a diverse range of services to the community including General Medical and Dental Services, Home-based Aged Care, Family Services case management, Alcohol and Drug counselling, Gambler’s Help counselling, Generalist counselling, Financial Counselling, Acquired Brain Injury case management and community-based recreational programs, Allied health therapy services, and Health Promotion. For referrals and intake please contact: 1300 472 432

IPC Health complies with a range of healthcare standards and is accredited accordingly by Quality, Innovation, Performance (QIP). We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we are located and we pay our respects to them, their culture, and their Elders past and present. IPC Health values diversity and is committed to creating safe, supportive and welcoming services to diverse populations, including, but not limited to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI Individuals); people of all abilities; people experiencing health inequities; and culturally and linguistically diverse individuals.

Congratulations to Gumboots Early Learning Werribee! 🎉 Today, they received their very first Smiles 4 Miles award.

Smiles 4 Miles is a free initiative from Oral Health Victoria, to help get kids looking after their oral health by promoting Eating Well, Drinking Well and Cleaning Well.

The program is delivered locally by IPC Health and aligns perfectly with our focus on education, prevention and early intervention.

In the City of Wyndham, too many children still experience tooth decay. By working together through Smiles 4 Miles, we are setting children and families up for lifelong oral health and wellbeing. Well done to Gumboots Early Learning Werribee!

In Melbourne’s West, 51 other centres are already enrolled in the program, supporting around 6,200 children. We look forward to partnering with 8 additional kindergartens joining Smiles 4 Miles with IPC Health in 2026.

🍔 We’re eating out more - and World Health Day reminds us why healthy options matter.

🌏 This World Health Day, we’re being called to stand with science - and the science shows that what we eat away from home plays a big role in our health.

In Wyndham, nearly 60% of adults are overweight or obese, and fewer than 4 in 10 people eat enough fruit and vegetables. With eating out and takeaway now part of everyday life, healthy catering needs to be part of the solution.

🥗 That’s why the Catering for Good Directory matters
The Catering for Good Directory was developed by the Victorian Department of Health and the Healthy Eating Advisory Service. Powered locally by IPC Health, we support and train local caterers to provide healthier, sustainable and culturally relevant food - helping communities make better catering choices at scale.

🎉 Big congratulations to Food with a twist, a local caterer supported by IPC Health, who has secured a 12 month catering contract with Wyndham City Council - showing that healthy food can support both community wellbeing and local business.

👉 This World Health Day, get involved with the Catering for Good Directory and help make eating out healthier for our community: https://heas.health.vic.gov.au/catering-for-good/directory/ #

🧡 Harmony Week: Everyone belongs 🧡

This Harmony Week (16–22 March), we’re celebrating what makes our community strong - our diversity, our differences, and the things that connect us.

At IPC Health, we believe everyone should feel safe, respected and welcome. That’s why we’re proud to launch Free to Be – a framework that shows our commitment to creating spaces where you are free to be you, and we are free to be ourselves.

Free to Be means you are welcome at IPC Health no matter your age, ability, culture, language, gender, sexuality, faith, background or lived experience, including mental health. It’s about kindness, respect and making sure everyone feels they belong when they walk through our doors.

Harmony Week reminds us that belonging matters - not just this week, but every day. We’re committed to continuing to listen, learn and work alongside our community to create services that are safe, inclusive and supportive for all.

Because at IPC Health, everyone belongs. Visit our website to learn more: ipchealth.com.au/free-to-be-inclusion-framework

💚 A big thank you to the Wyndham community!

IPC Health was proud to be part of the Wyndham Health Festival, where our team attended, presented, and connected with the local community to share simple ways to stay 'Well for Life.'

Our CEO, Jayne Nelson, took part in an important panel discussion around supporting holistic health and wellbeing during uncertain times.

Our team performed general health screening checks, and our Women’s Health nurses provided cervical self‑screening and bowel screening kits, empowering people in a safe, inclusive space. Our Care Finders team also had meaningful conversations with older community members about support to better navigate My Aged Care.

Thank you to everyone from IPC Health who volunteered their time, and to the Wyndham Health Foundation for creating space to amplify important health messages.

💬 Let’s keep the conversation going about how we can all take small steps today to support our health, now and into the future.

A simple screening. A powerful step toward equality. 💜

This International Women’s Day, we’re helping to Balance the Scales by continuing to improve access to healthcare for women and people with a cervix. Cervical screening is a small step, but it can make a life‑saving difference.

➡️Book in for your cervical screening today with IPC Health. Our Women’s Health Nurses are here to support you with respectful, culturally-safe care.

You can also collect a cervical self‑screening kit. Self-screening has been a game changer for many - offering more privacy, more choice and more control over your body and your health.
