°DECEMBER HOLIDAY SCHEDULE AT °FAHRENHEIT 🎅🎄

As the days get longer and the calendar fills up, here is a quick rundown of what the next few weeks look like at °Fahrenheit:

🎄 The December holiday schedule starts tomorrow, Tuesday 9/12
🎄 We will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
🎄 Reduced classes will run throughout the week during December
🎄 Selected midweek classes have changed to 7pm during December

°A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS THIS WEEK! 💚🖤

We’re excited to share some great news with you. Fahrenheit Yoga + Pilates is welcoming a new owner this Friday!

Many of you already know and love Natasha Martin from her Hot Pilates classes, and we’re thrilled that she’s stepping into this role. Natasha has always brought amazing energy to the studio, and she’s looking forward to carrying that into this next chapter with all of you.

Our December schedule will stay the same (including our regular holiday schedule starting just before Christmas!), so you can keep enjoying your favourite classes.

We look forward to seeing you on the mat!

One of the hardest postures yet one of the most important! Savasana slows your heart rate and allows you to gain focus for your next posture. Remember, if your mind starts to wander, just return to your breath... try it the next time you practice!

°EXPECTATIONS 💚🖤

Quietening those thoughts as you are in the middle of a pose (or in-between poses) can be quite hard. And more so as you start to practice for the first time in a while, because you may not be where you were 3-4 months ago... and that is perfectly OK!

Be kind to yourself. And accept where you are with each class you practice.

Meet John, Robyn, Nina and Anilda - just a few of our students who completed the September °F4.4 Challenge by committing to 4 classes a week throughout the month!

A special shoutout to John, who absolutely crushed it with 31 classes in September, even squeezing in 3 classes some days. That smile says it all!

°STOP WAITING FOR THE PERFECT TIME 💚🖤

No one’s life is perfectly timed for exercise. We’re all busy, and we’re all juggling. But here’s what we know... the perfect time won’t appear, you have to carve it out.

With 18 classes a week, there’s plenty of room for you to join us whenever you can. And the best thing? You’re not doing it alone. Every time you walk into class, there’s a room full of people who’ve made the same choice. To prioritise their health and to commit, and sometimes when it's not convenient.

So stop waiting for the right time, because we all know it’s rarely perfect. Book in for that 6am Express class, book in for that 8pm Bikram or Hot Pilates class. Your body and mind will thank you!

At Fahrenheit, we use a traditional forced-air heating system with added humidity - not infrared.

Traditional heat warms the entire room, not just your body. You feel it the moment you walk through the door. And if you've been in our hot room, you know what we are talking about - that signature hot-room intensity that defines our classes!
