WELCOME YOU SEXY THUNG.
I thought it might be a good idea to tell you what the hell state of mind school is, who I am and what you might get from this page.
State of mind school is all the things I use daily or week to help school my state of mind so I live a life full of love and joy.
It is tools and actions, that I have mastered to help THRIVE, from helping heal trauma, to giving up painful addictions and even living a life full if gratitude and vitality .
Who am I well I am Carllye a women whos greatest commitment is to serve and help people heal so they can thrive.

Reiki -Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure.
Personal training / pilates - movement is medicine. Moving your body in a way that builds lean muscle and creates a strong body is key to mental and physical health.
Meditation and mindfulness practice - being still enough to allow the power of presence to heal you. One of the greatest and free things you can do to improve your life.

Anxiety came knocking on my door this morning as, I woke up for my big day of travel and the stark reality of leaving steve and Zoe for a few days.

Steve has not slept and Zoe is very unsettled and my head kicked off big time.

I laid in bed trying to concentrate on breathing, but to no avail, I tried to connect with my higher power but there was no answer, I tried to think of all the things that made me safe but fear kept answering.

Then I stopped and in my head I asked "anxiety what message are you trying to send ? I can feel your presence in my stomach and heart, I am willing to listen "

Then I laid quietly and it spoke " I just wanted to remind you how precious life is, how beautiful your daughter and husband are and how much love you have because they are in your life, I want to remind you that you are alive " .

I felt a shift.

I started to feel grateful, grateful that I was able to go on this holiday, grateful for the love and connection I have in my life, grateful for the ups,downs and roundabouts, grateful that I have tools to help me, grateful that what ever happens in my life I can walk in faith and hand in hand with fear.

Anxiety is just a feeling that needs to be felt, not pushed away and told to be quiet.

Remember my beautiful souls, that everything, all the feelings, the challenges, the moments of joy and terror all need to be heard and allowed because it is all energy.
