There has been plenty going on at Elizabeth Street Sports and Spinal Physiotherapy. Supporting International day for dogs , Daffodil day , Jeans for Genes and joining with our City Precinct Group to find out more about The Koorie Heritage Trust and their work whist enjoying a wonderfully informative lecture. Certainly worth a visit.
In Little Collins Street we watch with much excitment as demolition is complete and the building of 2 new hotels on the site is set to commence. The City is rebuilding.

Today is world Cancer day. This is a global event seeking to engage and empower communities all over the world to continue the progress in the fight against cancer. There are now more people living with cancer than ever before and now plenty of service providers who can help. Physios can and do play an important role in the ongoing support and care for people with cancer. Treatment of symptoms , pre and post operative rehabilitation and tailored exercise and activity programs are all part of the Physiotherapy role.
