Our thoughts are with those who are affected by the disastrous fires. None more so than with our good friends Daniel Wigney and Candice Wigney.

Hey Everyone, it has been a touch and go week and a half for us and our family's farm in Mossiface. We have been VERY lucky and had two close calls with the fires.
We are very thankful for all the help we have received, especially from the helicopters on Monday they did an amazing job. Thanks to everyone for the kind messages and prayers.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those who were not as fortunate as us. We are proud to be a part of the East Gippsland community who are all banding together to help each other out.
We are fortunate to open the clinic for business as usual starting tomorrow.
However we know these fires are far from over and we understand completely if you are unable to make your appointment, where possible get in contact with us if you need to reschedule.
We wish everyone the best of luck and to stay safe over the next few weeks.

Josie is off to Vietnam and will be returning to the clinic on 6th August.

Welcome to Fisher Demirov, Dr. Josie Chambers!

Josie graduated from RMIT in 2017, but her studies have not stopped there, studying a certification to become an integrative health practitioner which is driven through her passion for living a healthy lifestyle.

Josie is a local, growing up in the Yarra Valley where she was part of the local horse riding, swimming and artistic gymnastics teams. Josie has quickly built a strong rapport with Dan’s patients through her empathetic and friendly demeanour.

Her passion is community engagement and people, whether it’s through her voluntary role as a surf lifesaver, sports training at the local football club or through her practice as an osteopath.

We will dig a little deeper to find out more about Josie in the coming weeks.

Please make her feel very welcome to the Fisher Demirov clinic!

George has lost his voice! For any patients coming into the clinic today, please feel free to ear bash George...he can't talk back, after all!

It's bittersweet that we bid farewell to Dan as he is returning to his home town of Bairnsdale and setting up his own practice. 👏👏👏

Dan and George first met in a pizza shop in Fairfield on a Friday night when Dan was a 5th year osteo student.

Fast forward a few months, Dan started observation work at Fisher Demirov and came on board the following year as a qualified osteo.

Dan is one of the most positive and upbeat guys around. He very quickly built rapport with patients and his colleagues alike.

We will all miss you Dan (including the "big fella") and wish you well in your new clinic.

Finding a replacement was no meant feat, however we have a fantastic new osteo, Josie starting with us from today. More info on Josie to come in the following days!
