☯️☯️☯️ Discovering the Embodied I Ching Neigong ☯️☯️☯️
The Embodied I Ching Neigong is a comprehensive and corrective energy cultivation system designed to harmonize and balance the entire body. It operates by working with the 3 Dantians and the 7 Chakras, engaging the whole body system in a foundational movement practice.
The 3 Dantians—Lower, Middle, and Upper—are essential energy centers within the body. They interact closely with the Chakras to cultivate and balance three vital forces: Jing, Qi, and Shen.
Through practice, we learn to connect with, comprehend, and develop the elixir field of the lower dantian, establishing a solid foundation for higher training to cultivate greater harmony and balance.
Through various methods and stages of cultivation, practitioners work to nurture this central energy system (the lower dantian), transforming it into true energy and refining it to reach its highest potential.
The practice is rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Taoist alchemy. It emphasises gentle, patient, and calming exercises that build the body up rather than breaking it down, promoting longevity and better foresight to reach enlightenment.
This approach helps the body to work as an accurate tuning fork for the Soul, ensuring a harmonious resonance that enhances both physical and spiritual well-being.
The exercises in Embodied I Ching Neigong, are designed to optimise your health and well-being, aiding you in finding your divinity. These movements help to recharge the body's energy, improve posture, and ensure flexible muscles, all of which contribute to the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body.
In essence, the Embodied I Ching Neigong offers a structured approach to achieving inner harmony and enhanced energy flow, facilitating overall well-being and spiritual growth.
The resonance of the Chakras tunes the whole body via the meridians. That is one of the reasons why the Embodied I Ching Neigong is effective at "working in" for the body.
