We are thrilled to introduce you to Alison Arvaj, who joined our team last month.

Alison has been a scientist for many years, where she worked as a clinical diagnostic medical scientist at The Royal Children’s Hospital. A positive experience with hypnotherapy while she was pregnant with her first child, inspired Alison to train in Clinical Hypnotherapy, where she holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Alison has also trained in Life Coaching, CBT, NLP, Eye Movement Desensitising and Reprocessing (EMDR), Pranayama Breathwork, and strategic psychotherapy.

Alison shares Amanda’s passion for integrating the latest science with her clinical hypnotherapy practice. Alison embraces client centred, therapeutic interventions that are individually focused, blending scientific expertise and strategic reasoning with a range of therapeutic modalities and holistic practices to foster personal growth and resilience, to empower clients to live their best lives.

Unfortunately, our Carpenter Street premises did not work out. However, we are excited that we have found a quiet, safe & calm location in Tulip Street, Cheltenham.

Amanda picked up the keys last week and the fit-out work has already begun. We hope to begin sessions on Wednesday 31st July.

We'd like to thank everyone for their flexibility with the rooms we have used over the past month.
