In 2012, amidst the challenges and heaviness in my heart, I found the courage to embark on a journey to UGANDA with The Hunger Project. Little did I anticipate the profound transformation awaiting me, filling my spirit with newfound joy and revealing the essence of true leadership, despite my decades of experience in executive roles.

Though I initially went to offer my assistance as the Vic Chair, it was I who was profoundly touched and uplifted by the experience.

The remarkable women and men I encountered left an everlasting imprint on my soul, cultivating deep and enduring friendships and igniting a daily reflection on their extraordinary influence.

As The Hunger project prepares for its upcoming expedition to Zambia,
I extend a heartfelt invitation for you to join this voyage to being of service and of self-discovery, to challenge yourself, and to uncover the depths of genuine leadership.
If this resonates with you, please reach out to me to explore further into my journey with The Hunger Project. Together, let's embrace the adventure that awaits with open hearts ❤️

Proud to be invited as a mentor at Brooker Consulting Mentorship Link Program.
Thank you DrRachel Ca - PhD (Medicine), MAICD, for the opportunity to mentor the next generation of incredible leaders.

There are participants from every state in Australia (no territories this time) and the South Island of New Zealand participating in a novel life sciences AusNZ program. The program is designed to elevate leadership within the sector.

Australia's fast-growing life science sector is one of the largest in the southern hemisphere. It is worth in excess of $250 billion and is home to more than 2,600 organisations. There has been 40% growth in this sector in the last 2 years.

This fast-paced growth has resulted in skills gaps being identified. There is now an urgent need to nurture and retain local talent in the life sciences sector.

Brooker Consulting have developed this program to bring together experienced, proven leaders and link them to the next generation of emerging talent.
It was a fabulous kick off event.
