Contact lens hygiene matters at every age — even when Dr. Katrina’s 1-year-old insists on bringing a contact lens case to the park 👀

A good reminder to:
✔️ Wash & dry hands before handling lenses
✔️ Use fresh solution (never top up)
✔️ For monthly and fortnightly lens wearers, clean and air-dry your case daily
✔️ For daily disposable lens wearers, always throw out your lenses each day and never flush them down the toilet or sink
