As an osteo with over 20 years of experience, I can usually tell when someone’s in pain just by the way they sit. The little things give it away…constantly shifting, stretching their neck, leaning to one side, fidgeting to get comfortable.
Sometimes you can’t change your chair or desk setup (especially if you’re in an office or working remotely with limited space). But it’s still worth doing what you can to get as close as possible to a setup that supports your body.
