🤸♀️If you like a coffee, have it AFTER breakfast instead of first thing in the morning as caffeine on an empty stomach causes our body to create the stress hormone cortisol.
🤸♀️Aim to have about 1 L water for every 25 Kg of body weight. Sufficient hydration is crucial to keep up your energy levels and mental clarity. Green tea is a great way to have a gentle energy boost while hydrating.
