Do you wake up exhausted? 😴

Have are 5 ways to increase your energy and mental clarity throughout your day without depending on caffeine:

🤸‍♀️A nourishing breakfast with sufficient protein will prevent a blood sugar spike and sugar-induced energy roller coaster.

🤸‍♀️If you like a coffee, have it AFTER breakfast instead of first thing in the morning as caffeine on an empty stomach causes our body to create the stress hormone cortisol.

🤸‍♀️Aim to have about 1 L water for every 25 Kg of body weight. Sufficient hydration is crucial to keep up your energy levels and mental clarity. Green tea is a great way to have a gentle energy boost while hydrating.

Even just a few minutes of moving your body gives you instantly an energy boost PLUS you get some happy endorphine vibes as a bonus :)

We received this message just now of one of our participants of our online 21day Winter Waistline Challenge. This beautiful lady has been struggling with low energy and been trying to lose weight with many diets with little success... now in less than 3 weeks on her nutrition program in our Winter Waistline Challenge she lost AN AMAZING 8CM from her waistline already and is feeling fantastic... best part she doesn't feel it like she is on a diet for the first time in her life 💚
