Time with your daughter should feel special.

It shouldn’t be spent scrubbing bathrooms, folding washing, or worrying about what hasn’t been done.

At Accent Home Care, we can take care of the everyday tasks - cleaning, laundry, meals, the little jobs around the house - so when family visits, it’s simply time to connect.

Time to share stories.
Time to laugh.
Time to just be mother and daughter.

Support at home isn’t about replacing family.
It’s about protecting those relationships - so they stay warm, balanced and full of love.

If you’re ready to ease the load and enjoy more meaningful moments together, we’re here to help.

A culturally rich day out with our Social Support Group guided outing.
We began with morning coffee at St Peter’s Place, a welcoming not-for-profit space creating connection in the community.

From there, we explored the Chinese Museum, discovering stories that celebrate the heritage and culture of Australia’s Chinese community.

We finished the day with a shared lunch at Shanghai Street Dumpling, enjoying delicious food and a chance to try something new together.

A day of connection, culture and shared experiences.

A friendly chat.
A listening ear.
A simple “Are you alright?”

Sometimes, it’s the small moments that matter most.

At Accent Home Care, support isn’t just about tasks. It’s about connection. It’s about taking the time to sit down, have a conversation, and genuinely care about how someone is feeling.

Our team doesn’t rush in and out. We build real relationships - offering reassurance, companionship, and support that helps people feel safe and valued in their own home.

Because wellbeing is more than physical health.
It’s knowing someone is there for you.

If you or someone you love could benefit from caring support at home, we’re here to help.

On Wednesday, TTHA and Accent welcomed a lovely group of local carers to Changing Seasons Cafe for a relaxed lunch designed just for them. It was a chance to pause, recharge and enjoy good food in great company - something carers don’t often get.

From shared stories over coffee and laughter over a few crowd-favourite menu picks (including the home-made scones), the room quickly filled with a sense of connection and ease. A fun group activity also helped break the ice and brought everyone together in no time.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to create space for carers to feel supported, valued and connected. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. 😀

Interested in joining a future FREE Carers lunch? We’d love to welcome you. Reach out to TTHA Reception on 8720 1333 or visit https://loom.ly/CtAew5g to find out more.

After a lovely day by the sea, Lottie captured it perfectly…

"TOORADIN was the exciting destination for our TTHA Accent Home Care Social Support Group today. The tide was out, but it was still very beautiful and relaxing to walk along the shores of Sawtell Inlet watching the seagulls and having a go in the playground (our second childhood). Hearty laughs filled the fresh sea air and found approval from other young and old visitors.

We also went on another stroll along the inlet on the other side of the highway.

Naturally we had enjoyed a hearty morning tea at the Old Jetty Cafe before all these activities.

For lunch we drove to the Cranbourne Racecourse, and not a single person complained about the meals. All of us had ordered something from the extensive seniors menu and were very happy with the sizes and the prices.

Our lovely carers, Ulli and Kerstin, hit the nail on the head in everything they do for us, and we are totally happy with their very caring attitude. Huge THANK YOUS!!

There’s nothing quite like the smell of freshly toasted hot cross buns to bring a smile to everyone’s face!

Yesterday our TTHA residents enjoyed a beautiful morning tea filled with hot cross buns in a variety of delicious flavours – all generously donated by the wonderful team at Woolworths Supermarket (659 Mountain Highway, Bayswater)!

And with Easter just around the corner… there’s plenty more fun to come - and we hear a certain special visitor may be hopping by soon!

A big thank you again to Woolworths for your kindness and community spirit! 💛✨
