Speech Pathways has had an incredible year, thank you to all those who have entrusted me with your care. With over a thousand sessions completed, webinars, and key note presentations, it has been such a fulfilling year.

I am perhaps though the most proud of the launch of The Speech Pathway online course. It has bubbled in me for decades and it is so wonderful that it has a life now in peoples consciousness.

What is it?
The Speech Pathway: Speak your Self is a 31 day online course, aiming to raise awareness around body, breath, speech and Self. The course is not designed to be prescriptive, rather an exploratory dive into our self and how we communicate.

Each day you receive an email with a short video with a daily prompt and some questions. It’s practical, supportive, and easy to follow.

We are starting tomorrow, the 1st December and it runs for the month.

This month, we turned 18! We are still learning, growing and dreaming together. Thank you to everyone who has helped shape our story so far. To celebrate we are launching “Connect to your Self” an online body, vegan and voice class…think like a gentle yin yoga class with sound. It invites deeper presence, focus, flow and calm and is great for reconnecting to the body and breath in gentle yet powerful ways.
