Teacher Review: I joined Gabi’s class last Tues eve and was struck by how thoughtfully crafted the practice felt. The sequencing was intelligent, purposeful - gradually opening the body to prepare for the peak pose — Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose).
Gabi guided us through a progression that lengthened the hamstrings, freed the side body, and created spaciousness in the hips, all without ever feeling rushed or forced. Her cues were precise, supportive, and delivered with a confidence that made the whole room feel steady and held. What I appreciated most was how accessible she made the journey toward Compass Pose. With the right preparation and clear direction, the pose became less about flexibility and more about smart movement — and Gabi absolutely delivered on that. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who values a practice grounded in strong anatomical understanding, intelligent sequencing, and a teacher who truly knows how to guide students safely into deeper exploration. 🪷

Teacher Review – Such a joy practicing with Emma last Friday at 9.30am. The class was beautifully sequenced — we built heat, tapped into our inner motivation, and worked with the energy of Manipura Chakra, the center of self.
The pace was slow, steady, and intentional, with just the right amount of challenge. There were plenty of moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect. We landed in savasana to the soft sounds of the hand pan, leaving everyone feeling uplifted and joyful.
This class suits all levels, offering space to explore deeper expressions of poses, build confidence, and move with greater awareness.

Teacher Review:
I had the privilege of joining Mel’s Hatha Yoga class last night. She guided us with such calm and steadiness — the entire practice felt warm, grounded, and beautifully rooted in yoga tradition. The slower pace gave me space to really explore each shape and listen to my body.

I left feeling balanced, relaxed, and completely stretched out, with so much tension released. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for grounding, calm, and a practice accessible for all levels. Namaste 🪬

We are thrilled to invite Emma to be part of the Mudita Teaching team. 🙏🏼 Emma has been practicing yoga for 9 years, guiding students into a grounded, heart-led practice where movement, breath, and awareness meet. Rooted in Hatha and enriched with Vinyasa flow, her classes blend mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness—opening pathways to intuition and inner wisdom.

With a background in ballet and Pilates, she brings refined alignment and embodied intelligence, weaving grace with strength for self-discovery. Her teaching journey spans Europe and Asia, from community parks to retreat spaces, often integrating music, ritual, and handpan meditations.

As we arrive at the close of another year, I want to take a moment to wish each of you the very best of the holiday season.
This time of year naturally invites reflection, gratitude, and a softening into what truly matters—and when I look back on 2025, one of the brightest threads woven through it is you.
Thank you for your support, your energy, and your presence in the studio. Every time you unroll your mat, you contribute to the spirit and warmth that makes this community so special. Your dedication to your own wellbeing—showing up week after week, breath after breath—is something truly worth honoring.
I trust that your practice this year has offered you more than movement. I hope it has brought you confidence when you needed grounding, peace and calm when life felt full, and a sense of strength and vitality in your body. I hope it has helped you meet challenges with clarity, and celebrate your joys with an open and spacious heart.
For those of you travelling over the holidays, may your journeys be safe, easeful, and filled with moments of connection and rest. For those staying close to home, may you enjoy the richness and beauty of our city, our bay coastline, and the simple magic of slowing down.
Wherever you find yourself, may you stay close to your practice—close to your breath, your body, and the present-moment awareness that yoga so lovingly cultivates.

Mudita Yoga Studio is delighted to announce our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, running from 24 April – 21 June 2026. This unique 9‑week program is designed to guide you through a life‑changing journey of self‑discovery, while building the skills and confidence to share yoga with others.

Over the course of the training, you will:

🧘🏽Gain a sound knowledge of human anatomy and how it relates to yoga
