NDIS Plan Review Tips – save this one 📝
Plan reviews don’t have to feel scary or overwhelming. A little prep goes a long way 👏

✔️ Keep notes of supports that are and aren’t working
✔️ Collect reports + evidence early
✔️ Think about goals, not just supports
✔️ List any changes in your needs and circumstances (you don’t have to do this alone 🤍)

Your plan should fit your life not the other way around.

But a decline is not the end of the road.

You have the right to:
• Request a review
• Provide further evidence
• Seek support through the process

Many people are approved on review once the right information is in place.

You’re not failing, the system is complex and you don’t have to navigate it alone🫶
