As you lie under the crystal light therapy bed, I begin with gentle kinesiology to support your body in releasing what it’s ready to let go of. From there, crystal singing bowls are played to support brainwave entrainment, guiding your nervous system into slower, restorative states. A personalised meditation is then intuitively tailored to what your body needs, allowing you to drop into deep relaxation and integration.
