A very deserving finalist! Well done to Jordan Berger for being a finalist for the Westfield Southland local heroes.

Jordan is proactive and dedicated to building stronger, safer communities and it shows.

35.7% of bystanders don't feel confident to perform CPR on a stranger, this $5,000 grant will go towards our CPR Lab program to help build resilience amongst the community to better prepare them for sudden cardiac arrests.

A huge thank you to Westfield Airport West for hosting these awards and helping shine a light on the important work that community members do everyday.

⚡ Our Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) course has been upgraded!

After 3 years of working with industry experts, we’ve upgraded to the new UETDRMP018 Perform Rescue from a live low voltage panel – but don’t worry, it’s still equivalent to the old unit. Same skills, just a smoother, faster experience!

Here’s what’s new:
✅ Still nationally recognised
✅ Now just 6 hours (that's 1 hour shorter!)
✅ Assessments go digital via SJx – no more paperwork

We offer Mental Health First Aid training in a range of formats to suit your schedule and learning style:

😇 Standard Face-to-Face (2 Days)
- Two full days (2 x 6-hour sessions)
- Best for: Learners who prefer immersive, in-person experiences and group interaction. No pre-learning required.
👀 Blended Face-to-Face
- 5–7 hours of self-paced eLearning + 4-hour in-person session
- Those who want flexibility but still value in-person engagement
👩🏻‍💻Blended Online
- 5–7 hours of self-paced eLearning + 5-hour live video session
- Remote learners or those who prefer virtual interaction from home
