✨How long did you hyper focus for before your late autism/ADHD assessment?
✨I hyper focused so hard that I made an eBook about everything I’ve learnt through my late diagnosis at 33, “10 Steps to Thriving After Your Late Autism/ADHD Diagnosis”.

🐍This year has been my toughest in a LONG time.
🐍 In Chinese Astrology it is the year of the Snake which is all about shedding old patterns and growth and my goodness have I shed a LOT this year.
🐍I was born in a Snake year which, according to Chinese Astrology, means I was set up to have a very spicy year. I love learning about the Zodiacs but I don’t necessarily put too much emphasis on it but this year has certainly lived up to its name.
🐍I hope you enjoyed my mostly real (and some approximations) wrap up of 2025.
🐍I’m ready for a rest and a reset…who’s with me?

✨In Chinese Medicine, the Spleen organ system is often impacted in autistic and ADHD people.
✨The Spleen is responsible for digesting and processing food, thoughts and stimuli.
✨With a well functioning Spleen system, people will have good digestion, easy to pass bowel movements, lots of energy and have clear thinking and emotional regulation.
✨When the Spleen is imbalanced, people tend to suffer from bloating, diarrhoea, gut pain, clouded thinking and over stimulation.
✨In Chinese Medicine theory, supporting the Spleen helps keep emotional and physical health imbalance.
✨Warm, cooked foods are often easier to digest for people whereas cold and raw foods can impact Spleen function.
✨External stimuli like noise, light and smell are also processed through the Spleen and turned into usable energy.
✨Adding too much stimuli whilst eating can overload the Spleen system which can lead to sluggishness and fatigue.
✨If you want to learn more about how Chinese Medicine sees autism/ADHD, I’ve put together everything I have learnt in the last few years as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner in a little webinar series.
✨Comment BUNDLE to learn about my eBook + webinar bundle ❤️
