Give yourself permission to drop in and feel calm and supported. We are designed for self-healing and if we aren't healing, there is a reason for this.

The body ALWAYS wants to heal so if your condition or health isn't improving, something is stopping it.

Some basic ways to help you feel safe day to day: Open up to people who don't shut you down, learn how to regulate your own nervous system function with breathing and movement, consume appropriate electrolytes to support your nervous system (speak to your health professional), dance, sunlight or listen to music.

If you’re not wanting to risk such adverse reactions and the toxicity of such injections- THIS is where daily Gua sha and cosmetic acupuncture can shine.
I do cosmetic needling but you can also see the team at as I’m usually quite booked out with my current client load.
Please be careful and ask yourself if you really actually need all of this.
I really believe people are beautiful the way they are without fillers. Be mindful that Botox blocks channels leaves us ‘less expressive’ to others making it harder for those around us to pick up on our emotional cues.

Those who need to see clinical evidence on how Chinese Medicine can assist them can easily find this information, especially when discussing the benefits of Acupuncture to treat pain. 

Do you know how many people I have met over the past 7-8 years who desire to argue with me around how whack Chinese Medicine is? 🤣

I honestly have nothing to prove. I just tell them to come in for a session and watch your condition or pain melt away. Now of course, not all conditions can be fixed with TCM alone, but that is not my argument.

The reason for this is that the only thing that can fix any disease or condition is the body's own cells. TCM is designed to enhance what the body already possesses within. Western Medicine does the opposite. It essentially wants to re-signal what the body is trying to do, naturally.
