Heel pain when you step out of bed? 👣
That sharp plantar fasciitis pain in the morning is incredibly common.
In Chinese medicine, the Kidney and Bladder meridians run directly through the heel and sole of the foot. When this pathway becomes tight or stagnant, it can show up as heel pain, stiffness, or plantar fasciitis.
** I want to note that the kidney meridian technically goes medial to the inside of the leg but the bladder meridian runs up the back of the leg and these two organs are a pair so we can treat one or the other to get pain relief**
One simple point you can massage at home 👇
✨ Kidney 1 – “Bubbling Spring”
Located in the dip in the front third of the sole of your foot.
How to use it:
👍 Press firmly with your thumb
👍 Massage for 30–60 seconds each foot
👍 Do it daily, especially before getting out of bed
This helps wake up the Kidney channel, improve circulation through the sole, and reduce tension in the plantar fascia.
⭐ Save this so you remember to try it tomorrow morning.
