We are currently looking for 2 outstanding therapists to join our wonderful team at Balance Mountain Day Spa, Olinda. We are a boutique day spa that focuses on attention for our clients, a great working environment for our staff and a wonderful work/life balance.

Are you a passionate therapist with the ability to work some weekends. Sub contractor , Great pay rates for the right applicant, flexible shifts.

What we need from you:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Massage Therapy ( Remedial massage diploma an advantage) or Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Experience in facials/body treatments an advantage

A chance to join a fantastic team in the most beautiful location! We are looking for a wonderful Day Spa Manager and Beauty Therapist /Massage Therapist to join our fantastic team. We are located in The beautiful Dandenong Ranges, Olinda.

Minimum Cert IV required in Massage or Diploma of Beauty
Reception experience an advantage, or be comfortable using a computer with the ability to learn booking systems.
Must be Personable and a good communicator, Have a lovely phone manner and management skills.
Must be able to work some weekends, work as a part if a team, be well presented and have appropriate qualifications .
Part time position available approx 18 - 25hrs per week.

Minimum Cert IV required in Massage or Diploma of Beauty. Must be able to work some weekends, work as a part if a team, be well presented and have appropriate qualifications .

It is an amazing sunny winter day today in the Dandenong Ranges, A welcome reprieve from the week that has passed. I am holding all those affected by the crazy storms last week in my thoughts. I knew the storm wreaked havoc but honestly had no idea of the devastation until I drove up the mountain to the Day Spa.
Seeing the mountain in that state makes me very emotional, and my thoughts are with all of those that have endured the extreme challenges and loss that the storm has brought. The community spirit is amazing, I am hearing so many stories that just sound unbelievable and I am feeling truly lucky to be living and working in such a place where people go out of their way to support and help each other.
Thousands of people are without power, many of whom have been told it could be up to another 30 days before power is restored, It is an extreme situation for many in the middle of winter. Emergency Services are doing a fantastic job but the task ahead is massive.
When the mountain does reopen to visitors, please support the local businesses. They have been doing it hard - on the back end of a 2 week lockdown, then a week with no power due to the storms and now the recovery. We are taking it day by day and are open for locals this weekend. We are hoping to reopen to visitors from Monday 21st June.

Due to the current COVID 19 update for Melbourne Metro, we are open Thursdays and Fridays for Remedial Massage, other days available by appointment. Our Full treatment menu and regular opening hours will be available from 20th August. Keep well, look after yourself 🌼💗

Hooray! We are excited to announce we will be re-opening Wednesday 3rd June. Its time to book in for that much needed massage or beauty treatment. We are able to offer the whole treatment range from Remedial to Relaxation massages, Facials, Body wraps, Packages, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing. Please feel assured we have strict hygiene practices in place to ensure the safety of our therapists and customers. Following the COVID – 19 guidelines we are also limiting the number of people at the Day Spa and adhering to the social distancing guidelines. We want you to be able to unwind and relax, reduce stress and ultimately improve your general wellbeing and immunity. We look forward to seeing you!

We are excited to see they have announced the 3 step framework for getting back into life post Covid 19. We are listed in phase 2 to be able to reopen. Hooray! Although still uncertain when that will be ..... fingers crossed they will be able to safely implement phase 1 in Vic soon. Look forward to seeing you soon! Covid - 19 Updates

In light of the recent updates, we are temporarily closed. We are hoping to reopen 14th April and will keep you informed as we all know more.
